MISSION:

Our mission is to empower performers of all skill levels by creating authentic, rehearsal-style experiences that cultivate musical theatre ensemble singing skills. We strive to provide a space where artists can learn, grow, and collaborate, offering access to professional-level training, ensemble classes, and personalized coaching. Through honest, skill-driven content and immersive learning, we aim to bridge the gap between rehearsal rooms and the stage.

VISION:

We envision a thriving community where aspiring and seasoned performers alike can develop their craft in an inclusive, supportive environment. By offering dynamic ensemble classes, small group collaborations, and private coachings, we aim to inspire creativity, build confidence, and celebrate the artistry of musical theatre. Our goal is to become a leading resource for accessible, high-quality musical theatre training and content creation.

A rehearsal-style class that emulates a Broadway music rehearsal

This class is exactly what it promises to be: collaborative, fast-paced, and about as genuine a simulation of an ensemble music rehearsal as you can get. I felt respected and challenged, and just had a dang blast. Jacob consistently reminded us that in a first rehearsal, you’re not going for perfection - you’re aiming for gradual improvement, understanding, and getting what you need to work the material on your own and then nail it on Day 2.

Broadway Ensemble Project isn’t just a class - it’s a community. After every session I leave more confident, connected, and creatively fulfilled. The directors truly see you, challenge you, and cheer you on! We need more of that! Whether you’re a seasoned performer or stepping back into the room after time away, B.E.P. is the kind of environment that reminds you why you love this work. It’s professional, passionate, and full of heart.

I wanted to join the Broadway Ensemble Project, because it gave me an opportunity to be a part of something during a time I'm not currently booked. It has given me the chance to grow as a ensemble member and creative while allowing me to practice my craft!

@namelesskat

I joined BEP because I wanted a way to be able to sing my favorite songs in a professional setting and make friends! What made it special was that anyone can participate in this awesome class, and everyone is included! I have learned so much from this class, such as bettering my ability to read sheet music, and that I’m an alto!
